This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Order dated 10th June, 2022 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada in Cr.P. No.24 of 2019 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of application and further a sum of Rs.5,000/- has been directed to be paid to the Opposite Parties towards litigation expenses.

When the matter was listed on 9th December, 2022, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that there has been a settlement between the parties. However, he prays for an adjournment to take concrete instruction on the same. 4.

Today, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo enclosing money receipt submits that the matter is settled with a condition that the Petitioner shall pay Rs.3,00,000/- to the Opposite Parties towards permanent alimony, out of which he has already paid Rs.1,00,000/- on 14th December, 2022.

In that view of the matter, he prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.
