This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Persuant to the order dated 26.08.2022 passed in BLAPL No.7585 of 2022 an affidavit has been filed by the mother of the victim in Court today. The same be kept on record. 3.

It appears form the said affidavit that since in the meanwhile the victim has joined the accused in matrimony home, no further order needs to be passed in this case. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meanwhile the victim and the petitioner have been blessed with a girl child on 17.09.2022.
