Mr. Swain, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer of his client is for direction upon Regional Manager, SBI Takatpur Industrial Estate Branch to consider representation dated 4th July, 2022. He submits, the writ petition be disposed of with such direction.

In view of prayer made, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, opposite parties or any one of them will deal with petitioner's said representation dated 4th July, 2022 (annexure-4) and inform him of the result, three weeks from date of communication. It is made clear that petitioner's representation is for transferring the money due to him to a fixed deposit account bearing highest rate of
// 2 // interest. Bank will also consider petitioner's further prayer for using the deposit as security to obtain credit facility. 3.
The writ petition is disposed of.
