None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called.

Heard Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 163 of 2020, arising out of Parjanga P.S. Case No.169 of 2020 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Parjanga, for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 294/323/506/307/427/34, IPC.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the Case Diary states that the injuries sustained by the victim are simple in nature.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that, the petitioners have no criminal proclivity.

Taking into account the background in which the cases have been registered being Parjanga P.S. Case No.168 of 2020 and 169 of 2020 and taking note of the fact that, Petitioner Nos.1Tuni Mohapatra & 2- Jogendra Mohapatra have suffered injuries in Parjanga P.S. Case No. 169 of 2020, which is a counter blast as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court is inclined to direct that, on surrendering within a period of three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin of the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
