Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation before the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar for considering their name to be included in the final gradation list of LevelV(A) teachers of Kalahandi and to consider the promotion to Level-V(B) of Elementary Cadre from the date of their juniors have got promotion to such post with all consequential benefits.

5. In view of such submissions, let the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar decide the representation of the Petitioner which has been given on 12.07.2022. The Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar shall dispose of the representation within a

// 2 // period of 45 days from the date of submission of the present order taking into account the Annexure-6 of the Writ Petition.

6. If the representation has not been given the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar seeks to another copy of this representation.
