This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal C.P. No.323 of 2017 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the matter is ready and posted for hearing, the Opposite PartyHusband is taking adjournment in the matter for which the Petitioner is seriously prejudiced.

On perusal of the order sheet of C.P. No.323 of 2017, it appears that on several dates, both the parties remained absent for which the matter was adjourned. On 11th July, 2022, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Opposite Party (Petitioner therein).

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files an application for early disposal of C.P. No.323 of 2017 stating the grounds therein, learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall do well to consider the same in accordance with law, giving opportunity

// 2 // of hearing to the parties concerned and proceed with the matter accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
