This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 11.08.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the submissions, Paragraph-6 is deleted. In its place conditions be imposed whereby the Petitioners shall appear before the Police Station once in a fortnight preferably on Sunday between 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. till conclusion of investigation and thereafter once in a month till conclusion of trial. The Petitioners while on bail shall not threaten, influence, terrorise or harass the informant and his family members.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 11.08.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
