1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 341/294/307/427/34, I.P.C. in connection with Jagannath Prasad P.S. Case No.186 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.862 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar.

3. Having regard to the seriousness of the allegations made in the F.I.R., gravity of the offence, injuries sustained and the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

4. The ABLAPL is dismissed.
