This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner after availing the interim bail has not surrendered before the learned trial Court and this Court by order dated 21.02.2022 has directed the IIC, Orkel P.S. to apprehend the petitioner and produce him before the Court.

In view of the above, the bail application stands dismissed and the learned trial Court is requested to proceed against the petitioner and the surety in accordance with law.
