The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Balangir-Opposite Party No.4 to consider the application dated 25th October, 2021 (Annexure-2) for settlement of a piece of Government land in Plot No.14/2442 to an extent of Ac.0.100 decimals under Khata No.613 situated in village Indiranagar in favour of the Petitioner within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Peitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy in accordance with law.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
