This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "The Petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue RULE NISE calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why direction shall not be issue to cancel the land rights issued in favour of Opposite Party No.6 and the same land shall not be allotted to the present petitioner.

AND If the Opp. Parties fail show cause or show insufficient cause, the Rule may please be made absolute;

AND To pass any other order(s)/directions(s)/ writ(s) as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper;" 2.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-2 (series) is still pending before the Opposite Party

// 2 // No.3, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. However, in disposal of the Writ Petition this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 (series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto and also giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.6 and also the parties likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
