01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. L.P. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. It is submitted that the prayer of the Petitioner in his appointment under the provision of the Rehabilitation Scheme was allowed by the learned Tribunal vide its Order dtd.08.04.2016 in O.A. No.3182(C) of 2010 under Annexure-5.

4. It is submitted that in stead of complying the said direction, the Opp. Parties approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.16122 of 2018 and this Court vide order dtd.29.03.2022 under Annexure-6 while dismissing the writ Petition confirmed the order passed by the learned Tribunal. It is submitted that in spite of such dismissal of the matter, the Opp. Parties are yed to comply with the Orders passed by the learned Tribunal under Annexure-5.

5. Since the matter relates to appointment under the provision of Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme, this Court while disposing the writ Petition, directs the Opp. Parties to comply with the order under Annexure-5 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. The Petitioner is directed to provide a copy of this Order before O.P. No. 3 and O.P. No. 3 is also directed to act on the same.
