This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department challenges the criminal revision petition of the Petitioner on the ground of maintainability stating that in view of Section 9 of the Special Court's Act, no appeal or revision lies. Therefore, the Petitioner may file writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the nomenclature 'CRLMP'. 4.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays some time to file writ petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India with nomenclature CRLMP.

In such view of the matter, this Court allows the oral submission of the Petitioner for conversion of 'CRLREV' to

// 2 // 'CRLMP'. Learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to file consolidated copy of the CRLMP petition within a period of one week. Let copy of the same be supplied to learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department within a week.

In the meantime, office is directed to register the same, if filed and assigned with a number.
