This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the proceeding on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Puri in connection with Krushna Prasad P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1149 of 2018 arising out of 1 CC Case No. 138 of 22018.

The petitioner is implicated in offence punishable under Sections 341/452/420/323/376/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner the CRLMC is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move the Superintendent of Police, Puri by making a representation ventilating his grievance relating to the conduct of investigation.

If such a representation is made within a period of two weeks hence, the Superintendent of Police, Puri shall consider the same in accordance with law under intimation to the petitioner. 7.
CRLMC is accordingly, disposed of.
8.
On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Puri is permitted to be arrayed as Opposite Party No.3 in Court.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
