Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the Opposite Parties in executing the order dated 28.01.2020 passed by the learned S.D.J.M.(S) Cuttack in G.R. Case No. 38 of 2008 within a stipulated time. 4.

In such view of the matter, the learned S.D.J.M. (S), Cuttack is directed to take necessary steps on the police to produce the accused person before the Court within a period of one month.
