This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to disburse the interest on gratuity from 28.02.2001 to 09.03.2006 on the gratuity amount of Rs.1,64,992/- on the basis of provisions envisaged in Orissa Civil Services (Pension) Rules 1992 and on as per the ratio decided by the apex Court in the case of R. Kapur v. Director of Inspector (Panting and Publication) Income Tax, 1994 5 ((SLR) 616.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide
Annexure-6, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
