This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to evict them along with other slum dwellers from the unauthorized occupation in the Government land. But fact remains, the persons, who are in unauthorized occupation in the Government land, have not been made as parties to the writ petition.

In the above view of the matter, due to non-joinder of proper parties to the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
