In the course of hearing of CRLMC, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays to dispose of the CRLMC with liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh, if the cause of action still survives for the Petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submission and prayer, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit in this case disposes of the CRLMC application with liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh in case the cause of action still survives for the Petitioners.
