It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that order dated 8th September, 2022 passed by this Court in CRLMC No.2149 of 2022 is required to be modified vis-à-vis the name of the court and as such court of J.M.F.C., Anandapur may be read as S.D.J.M., Anandapur.

For the reason stated above, I.A. stands allowed. Necessary correction be carried out and the order dated 8th September, 2022 shall be now read as carrying a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Anandapur on or before 28th October, 2022 in connection with 1CC No.19 of 2019 and in the event he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail subject to conditions.
