1. An additional affidavit has been filed by the Opposite Party - National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) stating that a new Contractor/Concessionaire as well as Technical Consultant has been engaged and they are engaged in the work in war footing. It is stated that the work is expected to be completed during the second half of 2022. The details have been furnished as Annexure-C to the affidavit. Photographs have been enclosed to show that construction of a substantial length of the stretch of the highway has been completed and is kept motorable.

2. Taking on record the above affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to apply to this Court for

directions if the progress of the work is stalled for any reason whatsoever.
