Heard learned counsel for Petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed against the order passed on 23.07.2017 in MAC Case No.314 of 2014 by the learned 1st MACT,-cum-District Judge, Dhenkanal.

Admittedly, the judgment passed in MAC Case No.314 of 2014 is pending before this Court in MAC No.1243 of 2018. The Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in the said appeal.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable and hereby rejected.
