Heard Mr. N. Panda, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr. A. P. Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that with regard to re-engagement of the Petitioner as Self Employed Mechanic (S.E.M) under Ganijang Gram Panchayat in the district of Bhadrak, the B.D.O., Bonth-Opposite Party No.3 though directed the Sarapanch vide letter dated 04.06.2015 to accept the joining of the Petitioner, but it is submitted that the Sarapanch of the said Gram Panchayat is not accepting the same and accordingly the Petitioner is going out of employment.

Even though, this Court on different dates sought for instruction from the learned State Counsel on the said subject, but no instruction could be provided to this Court.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner's joining is not being accepted by the Opposite Party No.4, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opposite Party No.3 to see that the joining of the Petitioner is accepted as requested by him vide his Letter No.2117 dated 04.06.2015 available under Annexure-3-Series, if there is no other legal impediment. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before Opposite Party No.3 within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
