Heard Mr.R.K.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.R.Dash, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.
According to Mr.Nayak, the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the opposite parties in paying the full amount of compensation for acquisition of her land under Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for construction of Lower Indra irrigation Project, Khariar in the district of Nuapada as per the judgment dated 19.1.2019 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nuapada in L.A.R No. 19 of 2017.

During course of hearing Mr.Nayak submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar (opposite party No.4) by filing a grievance petition for redressal of her grievances and further prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the same within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court
// 2 // grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the opposite party No.4 by filing her grievance petition through registered post along with copy of this order within a period of two weeks hence and in the event such a grievance petition is filed the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar (opposite party No.4) is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
