There is delay of 2 years 155 days in filing the appeal. 4.
Perusal of the limitation petition does not reveal any sufficient reason to condone such long delay in filing the appeal. Accordingly, the limitation petition is dismissed. Consequently the appeal is dismissed on the ground of limitation.
