Petitioners in this CMP pray for a direction to learned Appellate Court to examine the correctness of document, right, title, interest and possession of the suit land and to hold that the order dated 28th March, 2016 (Annexure-8) passed in IA No.1 of 2013 (arising out of RFA No.41 of 2013/ 2 of 2010) is not binding on the Petitioners.

The relief claim in this CMP is misconceived one and cannot be granted in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution.

Accordingly, the CMP stands dismissed.
