1. The petrol pump in question has been operational for more than six years now with no interim order having been passed by this Court.

2. The Court therefore sees no reason why at this stage it should interfere in the matter. The amount deposited with the Court by the Petitioner be refunded to the Petitioner to get with the interest accrued thereon forthwith.
