This is an application for modification of the order dated 07.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.20085 of 2022. 3.

Considering the grounds taken in the I.A., the prayer is allowed. The word "Principal Secretary to Government of Odisha, Water Resources Department" as reflected in 4th & 5th line of Para-5 of the order dated 07.09.2022 be treated as "Secretary to Government of Odisha, Health & Family Welfare Department" instead of "Principal Secretary to Government of Odisha, Water Resources Department".
