List this matter in the week commencing from 22th August, 2022. In the meantime C.D. and statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. be obtained.

As an interim, it is directed that the Petitioner Nos.1 & 2 shall not be arrested in connection with Dhamara Marine P.S.Case No.27 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.Case No.449 of 2022 pending in the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Chandbali till the next date. 5.
