1. Learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2-Wife states that the matter has already been compromised. Consequently, the order dated 20th October 2014, passed by the S.D.J.M., Paralakhemundi, taking cognizance in G.R. Case No.109 of 2014 corresponding to Paralakhemundi P.S. Case No.37 of 2014 and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

2. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
