This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners No.1 and 6 for extension of time to surrender before the court below vide order dated 12.08.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application and to direct the court below to maintain parity while considering the bail application of the Petitioner No.1 and 6.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners No.1 and 6. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners No.1 & 6 and the averments made in this application, the

time to surrender of the Petitioners No.1 & 6 before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today. 5.

Further, it is directed that the court in seisin over the matter while considering the bail application of the Petitioners No.1 & 6 shall also apply the principle of parity.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Perused the office note dated 27.10.2023, which indicates that in the order dated 17.10.2023, on the top of the order sheet, it has been typed as "BLAPL No.9703 of 2022" instead of "ABLAPL No.9703 of 2022".

Accordingly, the same is corrected as "ABLAPL No.9703 of 2022".
