1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction with regard to description of Opp. party No.3 and 4 in Court today. 3.
The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Why Opp. Party No.4 will not be directed to approve the post of the petitioner as Asst.
D.E.O. in the Chandighar PACS Ltd. from the date of his initial appointment i.e. 31.10.2019 within a stipulated time."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.4 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.4 in accordance
// 2 // with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
