Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

On the oral prayer made by Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the Petitioner he is permitted to correct the description of Opposite Party Nos.3 & 4 in Court today.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Why the Opposite Party No.4 will not be directed to approve the post of the petitioner as Ledger Clerk in the Chandighar PACS Ltd., from the date of his initial appointment i.e., 31.03.2017 within a stipulated time".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.4 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of one week hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.4 be communicated to the Petitioners within that time. 7.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
