Heard learned Counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Annexure-3 and to issue direction to the Opposite Parties to dispose of his representation under Annexures-4 and 5 within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party No.4-Executive Engineer, Rural Works, Dharamgarh, Kalahandi vide Annexures-4 and 5, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the Order dated 21.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 13838 of 2022 (M/s Ram Kumar Agrawal Engineers Private Ltd, Bolangir v. State of Odisha and another), to which Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing

Opposite Party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexures-4 and 5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration the Order dated 21.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 13838 of 2022 (M/s Ram Kumar Agrawal Engineers Private Ltd, Bolangir v. State of Odisha and another) within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
