Heard Mr. G.P. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner, so also Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 is found absent on repeated calls.

A prayer has been made by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition to quash Annexure-7, i.e. letter dated 24.06.2017 issued by the Under Secretary to Government, Government of Odisha, Commerce & Transport (Transport) Department, so also Annexure-12, i.e. letter dated 30.05.2019 issued by the Deputy Secretary to Government, Government of Odisha, Commerce & Transport (Transport) Department, with a further prayer to direct the Opposite Parties to sanction the pension in favour of the Petitioner, as admissible to him. 5.

No Counter Affidavit has yet been filed by the State or the Opposite Party No.2-Corporation. However, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievances, the Petitioner has given a representation dated 10.12.2018 to Opposite Party No.1, i.e. Secretary to Government of Odisha (Commerce and Transport

(Transport) Department, which is pending for consideration and appropriate direction may be given to the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the said representation within a stipulated period. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 10.12.2018, as at Annexure- 11, within a period of two months from the date of communication of the certified copy of this Order, by passing a speaking Order, 7.

Petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the Writ Petition along with the certified copy of this Order to the Opposite Party No.1 within two weeks enabling him to do the needful in accordance with the direction given by this Court.
