I.A. No.1786 of 2022 1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.08.2022 and extension of time to surrender. 3.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that as per the Injury Report, the injuries are simple in nature. But, in para-4 of the order dated 16.08.2022 it has been wrongly typed that there are no injuries.

In view of such submission, the 3rd line of para-4 of the order dated 16.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9718 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that "the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature". Accordingly, at the end of para-5 of the order dated 16.08.2022, the following sentence is added :-

// 2 // "If the injuries caused to the injured are found to be grievous in nature, then this bail order shall stand automatically revoked." However, the rest part of the order dated 16.08.2022 remains unchanged.

With the aforesaid modifications, the I.A. is disposed of. 7.
