Considering the submissions and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with EOW, Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. case No. 3548 of 2020 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar; she shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
