1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Sec.302/201, I.P.C.

2. Heard Mr. B. Pujari, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. Upon hearing both the parties and considering the evidence of the P.W.7-the minor daughter of the deceased, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

4. The BLAPL is dismissed.

5. However, learned trial court is directed to complete the trial expeditiously.

6. The copies of the depositions and order-sheets filed by Mr. B. Pujari, learned counsel for the Petitioner are kept on record. ( B.P. Routray) Judge B.K. Barik
