Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the O.S.S. Case No.106 of 2021 before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of seven days thereafter for admission of the O.S.S. Case No.106 of 2021.
