1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the matter has already been settled between the parties and this is confirmed by learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2.

2. In that view of the matter, the Tigiria P.S. Case No.124 of 2014 corresponding to C.T. Case No.123 of 2014, pending in the Court of the J.M.F.C., Tigiria and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
