1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.3/ Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the Execution Case No.146 of 2014 arising out of the judgment and order dated 05.08.2010 passed in G.I.A. Case No.7 of 2007 within a stipulated time.

4. In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.3/ Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the aforesaid Execution Case No.146 of 2014 arising out of the

// 2 // judgment and order dated 05.08.2010 passed in G.I.A. Case No.7 of 2007 as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from today, if there is no other legal impediment.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
