This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Jharsuguda Sadar P.S. Case No.85 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1079 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda, under Sections 417/376(2)(n)/506/294/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda, by order dated 04.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and that charge-sheet has already been filed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
