This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "Therefore its prayed that your lordship's would be graciously pleased to admit the case, issue notice and after hearing the parties be pleased to allow this petition directing the opp. party no.5 to dispose of the representation under annexured-1. And may pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.5, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.5 to look into the request of the Petitioner and consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
