This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 18.04.2015 passed in CMC No.23 of 2014 by the learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada and for transfer of CMC No.23 of 2014 in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada, to the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Narsinghpur.

Learned counsels for both the parties submit that they have no instructions in the matter.

Considering the fact that the CMC No. 23 of 2014 had been filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and eight years have elapsed in the meanwhile, I do not find any reason to keep this application pending and the TRPCRL is accordingly dismissed. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
