This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in G.R. Case No.168 of 2022 arising out of Chandapur P.S. Case No.56 of 2022, pending before the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur, under Sections 457/380/411/120-B/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Nayagarh, by order dated 02.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2022 and charge-sheet has been filed on 21.07.2022, keeping in view the nature of the allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Keeping in view the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, it is directed that he shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every fifteen days till conclusion of trial. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
