Considering the nature of allegations made, the I.I.C. of the concerned Police Station is directed to follow the mandatory procedure of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. as has been mandated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar -vs. -State of Bihar reported in AIR 2014 SC 2756.
