This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Petitioner, therefore, humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue a Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why they shall not be directed to consider the grievance of the petitioners and allowed them to continue in their respective posts and as to why their services will not be regularized against the sanction posts of the Government in the interest of justice".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.4 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of one week hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.4 be communicated to the Petitioners within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
