Against forfeiture of the amount pursuant to the letter dated 17.08.2019 and 06.09.2019 under Annexures-5 and 6, the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

On perusal of the said letters, it appears that on the allegation of non-maintenance, the performance security has been forfeited. 4.

Since the dispute is relating to the contract itself, this Court is not inclined to entertain the disputed questions of facts.
