This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the information lodged by one Jyotirmayee Dash and the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that till date no F.I.R. has been lodged.

Considering the facts and accepting the allegations under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, this Court is of the opinion that if any case has been registered on the information of Jyotirmayee Dash before the Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S., the Arresting Officer is directed to follow the mandatory provisions under section 41-A of Cr.P.C..

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. RKS ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge
