1. At the outset, learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A. B. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present Contempt Petition has rendered infructuous in view of the order dated 12th August, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) PIL No.19760 of 2021 having been complied with.

2. In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
