Upon hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Sanding Counsel and on going through the averments taken in this application, the same stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 16.08.2022 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
